Article Formatting Guidelines

Language:

  • Articles must be submitted in English. Authors from Georgia are required to provide both Georgian and English versions.

File Formats:

  • Acceptable formats include DOC (MS Word), ODT, SXW (OpenOffice), or RTF (Rich Text Format).

Editor Settings:

  • Page size: A4
  • Margins: Top and bottom – 2 cm; Left and right – 2.5 cm
  • Fonts: For Georgian text – Unicode (Sylfaen); For English text – Sylfaen
  • Font size: 11
  • Line spacing: 1
  • Length: 5–12 pages
  • Do not number the pages.

Structure of the Article

  1. Author Information:
    • Include the full name(s), academic/scientific degree(s), place of work/study, and contact information (email and phone number). Use font size 12.
  2. Title:
    • Centered, bold, and font size 14.
  3. Abstract:
    • A brief summary of 4–5 lines in English, italicized, font size 12. Avoid quotes, references, or visual elements in the abstract.
  4. Keywords:
    • Include up to five keywords in the language of the article, italicized, font size 12.
  5. Main Sections:
    • Introduction
    • Research Methodology
    • Research Results
    • Conclusions and Recommendations
  6. Bibliography:
    • Follow APA style guidelines.

Additionally, submissions must adhere to the principles of Generative AI (GAI) and AI transparency.
